∎ Clinical experience of 1+ years. Expertise in treating Depression, Anxiety disorders, suicidal behavior and other personality dysfunctions
∎ Training experience, strong cross-cultural management skills and easily interface with diverse culture in education, employability skills, Personal Effectiveness and Behavior change.
∎ Experience as a Mental Health professional with expertise in working with adolescents, young adults, adults and families using a variety of theoretical perspectives especially Cognitive Behavior Therapy CBT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy DBT Counselling skills.
∎ Expertise in psychological assessment and diagnosis. Experience in providing therapy to individuals and groups

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Clinical Practice: Provide assessment, management and treatment plans for own case load. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team & maintain own case load
∎ Clinical Supervision: Undergoing supervision and guidance from senior psychological counsellors, ensuring that they adhere to ethical and professional standards.
∎ Counselling and Training: Offering guidance, support to Clients. Conducting training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge if needed.
∎ Quality Assurance: Monitoring and evaluating the quality of counseling services provided by the team. Ensuring that all services meet established standards and guidelines.
∎ Contributing to the development and improvement of clinical services.
∎ Identifying areas for growth and enhancement within the organization.
∎ Being part of Evercare clinical team
∎ Handling administrative tasks related to case notes and reporting.
∎ Crisis Management: Providing support during crises or emergencies within the counseling center.
∎ Assisting in the development of crisis intervention protocols.
∎ Ensuring ethical practices across the company
