Job Responsibilities:
∎ To become a trusted contact person of the Managing Director.
∎ Managing all the business contacts and political information and maintaining a diary with all updates.
∎ To assist the Managing Director in conducting all day to day affairs of the office, sending meeting confirmation emails and maintaining all important records.
∎ Responsible for day to day Jobs at MD's desk with dignity & maintain confidentiality.
∎ Maintain close liaison with Business Associations & monitor all their jobs are done in time.
∎ Responsible for Inter-Departmental Coordination with all units as directed by MD.
∎ Prepare presentations and reports for MD as directed time to time.
∎ Maintain appointment calendars - arrange, coordinate and prioritize complex scheduling.
∎ Provide telephone coverage - answer executive phones, take accurate messages, know executive's where about at all times, handle urgent calls with appropriate judgment.
∎ Arrange (including selection of date, time, and location) internal and external meetings.
∎ Attend meeting with MD & take notes on the discussion, prepare meeting minutes.
∎ Distribute minutes of the meeting and follow-up its progress keeping liaison with the concerned department / officials.
∎ Compose agendas and correspondence for special events, board meetings, committee meetings, Office Orders and development activities.
∎ Responsible for handling all travel arrangements (domestic and international) including hotel accommodations, airline reservations, rental cars, office & site meeting venues.
∎ Responsible & coordinate all required administrative and social welfare activities of MD.
∎ Supervise MD's driver, personal security & daily working schedule.
∎ Fix up MD's daily appointment, Communicate with Govt./Private/ Business Agencies as directed by MD.
∎ Any other job assigned by MD.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years

∎ Professional drafting ability in both Bangla and English.

∎ Willing to travel in any place with the Managing Director both in home and abroad.
