Job Responsibilities:
∎ Updating General Ledgers/Bank Reconciliation
∎ Monthly Management accounts
∎ Monthly P&L Reporting
∎ Updating all records and any other functions related to property management.
∎ Complete monthly audits,
∎ Knowledge of Sage accounting - Updating Records
∎ Reporting to Directors on occupancy, turnarounds, voids and risk.
∎ Reporting on company voids, performance and other tasks set by Directors.
∎ Additional tasks will include filing, typing and other clerical duties.
∎ Some training will be provided.
∎ Excellent Spoken English is required - You will be speaking to your clients in the UK

Additional Requirements:
∎ Some knowledge of the Property management industry would be useful but not essential
∎ Skills required:
∎ Punctual
∎ Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
∎ Well organised
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
∎ Sage Accounting
∎ Excellent Spoken English is required - You will be speaking to your clients in the UK
