Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Act as Head of the Site Team of the CONSULTANT.
∎ • Assisting the Project co-ordinator to the project activities as required.
∎ • Attend meetings as and when required.
∎ • Attend the site regularly.
∎ • Lead the team working at the site and bear the responsibility.
∎ • Supervision of regular works and work progress and quality control as per specification.
∎ • Conduct regular inspections at construction sites to ensure compliance with CONTRACT requirements, and quality standards and according to the other approved documents.
∎ • Providing progress reports as per Project co-ordinator's requirement.
∎ • Providing technical assistance.
∎ • Verify the quality of materials, workmanship, and construction methods against project requirements.
∎ • Identify, document, and communicate construction defects and quality issues to Management and Contractors.
∎ • Assume and suggest any additional requirements or not required items of facilities.
∎ • Supervision of regular works and work progress and quality control as per tender specification.
∎ • Conduct regular inspections at construction sites to ensure compliance with CONTRACT requirements, and quality standards and according to the other approved documents.
∎ • Providing progress reports as per Project Director's requirement.
