∎ • The candidate must have minimum 4-6 years work experience in procurement.
∎ • Supply market analysis & negotiation skills.
∎ • Good persuasion & communication skills.
∎ • Sound knowledge of MS Office.
∎ • Can do work under pressure.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Assist to prepare/updating fruitful procurement strategies & policies, SOP, Modules and manuals to standardize the procurement system.
∎ • Responsible for Procurement of Civil/Construction materials from Local markets.
∎ • Follow up prices, specifications & delivery dates to determine the best bid price among potential suppliers.
∎ • Receive PR from the concerned department, collect quotation/offer from Vendor, prepare CS, select vendor, take Management approval, create purchase order, procure items, and send procured items to concerned stores/department.
∎ • Accountable for sourcing suppliers, conduct negotiations, arrange to purchase quality materials of the said items in a competitive price, and follow up on purchase orders from time to time.
∎ • Create, develop, and manage new vendor relationships.
∎ • Coordinate with the concerned departments to ensure smooth delivery of procured items and reach the selected locations.
∎ • Prepare & execute procurement plan for uninterrupted availability of the said items.
∎ • Process bills of the suppliers against the purchased order. Conform vendor’s payable balance from time to time.
∎ • Monitor stock & maintain purchase records through software (SAP) and produce reports from time to time.
∎ • Any other project assigned by the supervisor.
