Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Communicate with customers regularly over phone and email.
∎ • Project visit with customers as and when required.
∎ • Solve backlog and critical issues.
∎ • Follow up customers queries and update accordingly.
∎ • Coordinate with other departments related with customers issues.
∎ • Preparing optional works, final account and send logistic update to customers.
∎ • Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
