∎ B.Sc / Diploma in Civil Engineering from any Recognized Institute.
∎ Skills Required: Budgeting & Cost Estimation, Drafting, Design & layout.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in Evaluation and Solution of Potential Field Problems, referring them to Departmental Head /Project Architect.
∎ Coordination with Departmental Head/Project Architect of Head Office and other Relevant Departments.
∎ Planning and Preparation of Work Timeline/Schedule.
∎ Supervision of all Structural and Finishing Works.
∎ Preparation of Materials requisition.
∎ Monitoring Materials Consumption, Stock and Delivery Status.
∎ Preparing and Checking of Labor & Contractor's Bill.
∎ Perform other Tasks Assigned by the Company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Drafting, Estimating, Site supervision & Project Management.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Architecture Firm, Developer,
∎ Candidate must have experience in supervising projects independently.
∎ Must have a clear concept regarding the AUTO CAD Drawing, Design & Specifications.
∎ Clear Concept on project Materials and its Sourcing.
∎ Strong Interpersonal Skills and the Ability to work effectively with others and on Teams.
