Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop task dependent work plan for all routine and ad hoc assignments for the project, achieving customer satisfaction through maintaining delivery schedule and QC scheduled completion of target with project profitability target for the project by implementing the same.
∎ Construction management like as Sewage construction.
∎ Responsible for site supervision, planning, managing coordinating, evaluating, controlling and completing the project works timely.
∎ Consideration of quality assurance and quality control.
∎ Responsible for prepare contractors bill, site layout and bar bending schedule, estimate construction materials and site supervision.
∎ Responsible for prepare analytical and periodical reports on progress and development.
∎ Provide inputs into the design process, prepare the Bill of Quantities as per the final design drawings and calculate the final quantities.
∎ Assess the work activities for which labor-based construction methods are appropriate and for those sections for which heavy machinery is appropriate; establish a cost estimate for the rehabilitation and construction works for sewage system.
∎ Assist in the preparation of tender documents and evaluation of tenders and the preparation and finalization of contracts for construction and rehabilitation works;
∎ Develop geometric design from the survey results using AutoCAD, Civil CAD and/or other appropriate programs.
∎ Supervise contractors on site, ensuring that the works meet the highest standards expected by the procuring entity.
∎ Monitor construction and rehabilitation works, including environmental mitigation and safety plans in accordance with contractual agreements;
∎ Review the work programs, resource, schedule and project implementation plans and ensures that the contractors/site supervisors comply with their work plans and complete the work within the specified time frame.
∎ Ensure all works, undertaken by the contractor and/or his agent, are of good quality, as per specifications and with approved quality materials.
∎ Assess and evaluate the contractor's performance and resources.
∎ Be able to prepare the drafts for contractual correspondence, interpret the contract conditions and specifications, monitor the progress of work, be able to prepare work plans, minutes of meetings, etc.

∎ The applicants must have experience working with WASA or GOV. Organization in Sewage line project.
∎ Candidates have working experience outside the country will get priority accordingly.
∎ Planning - These days every company/department/project/event suffers from incredible shrinking budget along with shortage of quality resources. Manager develop work plan for his/her project, take subsequent tactical decisions and manage skillfully progress of multiple tasks by his/her project management team, coordinate between the tasks, share internal resources, arrange external resources, preplan contingency activities, initiate the same on-time to meet completion schedule on day by day basis.
∎ Team Building - Usually each team member has different kind of issue such as deficiencies in knowledge, confidence, social skills, over enthusiasm, overconfidence, over expenditure habits, egos etc. Manager must have the monitoring and coordination skills to turn the team functional and result oriented.
∎ Problem Solving -- Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
∎ Negotiation & Persuasion - Strong persuasion and negotiation skill, keep relations alive with stakeholders under any circumstance.
∎ Presentation - Have good audio visual presentation skills to prepare & delivery in front of large number audience.
∎ Networked - Strongly networked with the industry.
∎ Ability to complete the task for his project.
