Responsibilities & Context: Job Context We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to oversee website maintenance, technology operations, and digital projects. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring website performance, coordinating with development teams, managing technology vendors, and leading digital transformation initiatives to support business growth and customer experience. Job Responsibilities Ensure smooth operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company website and digital platforms. Monitor website performance, uptime, speed, security, and user experience. Coordinate website updates, bug fixes, feature enhancements, and platform upgrades. Manage website integrations with payment gateways, logistics partners, ERP, CRM, and third-party systems. Ensure website content, product listings, and functionalities are up-to-date. Plan, execute, monitor, and close technology-related projects within defined timelines and budgets. Develop project scopes, schedules, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies. Coordinate with developers, designers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Track project milestones and prepare regular progress reports for management. Ensure successful delivery of digital and technology initiatives. Manage relationships with technology vendors, hosting providers, and software partners. Monitor website analytics, user behavior, and conversion performance. Maintain project documentation, SOPs, and technical records. Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data protection, and organizational policies. Experience Requirements 3–5 years of experience in Project Management, Website Management, Technology Operations, or E-commerce Management. Experience managing web development projects and cross-functional teams. Experience in E-commerce platforms, CMS, and digital business operations will be preferred. Additional Requirements Strong knowledge of website management, hosting environments, and CMS platforms. Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital performance metrics. Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
