∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and coordinate construction works of large industrial project at Bhabanipur, Gazipur.
∎ Perform Project Planning, Project Management and CMP effectively.
∎ Implement architectural, structural, plumbing, electrical and machine layout drawings.
∎ Ensure progress of work and timely completion of project.
∎ Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.
∎ Ensure internal and regulatory compliance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ At least 15 years experience in the relevant field where at least 5 years in the Managerial position.
∎ Should have supervision experience in large civil construction project of FMCG/Pharmaceutical Industry.
∎ In depth knowledge in specifications and measurement methods, safety measures, quality control procedures and techniques.
∎ Must have excellent understanding of architectural, structural, machine layout drawings and tender documents.
∎ Hard working and ability to work under pressure with good personality.
∎ Must have willingness to stay at the sites.
∎ Should be proactive and willingness to work during extended hours.
∎ Should have excellent skills in MS Office application suite, MS Project and AutoCAD.
∎ Should possess high analytical skill and have sound problem solving skills
