∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg), Diploma in Civil
∎ Public University graduates shall be preferred

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Construction works, Roads and Highways

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Having experience in RHD / LGED projects.
∎ Provide inputs into the design process and prepare the Bill of RHD.
∎ Quantities as per the final design drawings and calculate the final quantities. Also having experience in piling work.
∎ Assess the work activities for which labour-based construction
∎ methods are appropriate and for those sections for which
∎ heavy machinery is appropriate; establish a cost estimate for
∎ the rehabilitation and construction work for roads & bridges;
∎ Conduct engineering surveys for the selected roads and other
∎ structures including Box girder and PC girder bridges etc.
∎ Supervise contractors on site, ensuring that the works meet
∎ the highest standards
∎ Make any necessary changes to the design drawings as per
∎ the site conditions;
∎ Review the contractor's work programmers, resource,
∎ schedule and project implementation plans and ensure that the
∎ contractors/site supervisors comply with their work plans and
∎ complete the work within the specified time frame;
∎ Assess and evaluate the contractor's performance and
∎ resources;
∎ Any other job as per management's requirement.
