Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Civil / Mechanical Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Determining / defining project scope and objectives and developing strategic plan for this.
∎ Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
∎ Managing resources (i.e- human and non-heman)
∎ Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
∎ Track project costs in order to meet budget
∎ Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
∎ Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
∎ Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
∎ Utilize best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
∎ Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
∎ Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
∎ Ability to hire/train/motivate/lead workforce.
∎ Well versed in all construction methodologies and procedures.
∎ Ability to coordinate with a team of cross functional professionals to achieve the project goals within time, quality and cost.
∎ To implement quality monitoring and control systems.
∎ Management reporting
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 8-12 years work experience as a Project Manager / Resident Construction Manager in a similar working environment.
∎ At least 8 years of experience for Degree holder and 12 years for Diploma holder in construction of cross country pipeline including station piping in hydrocarbon pipelines (Oil & Gas), Tank project, plant project including station piping for the same.
∎ Should be smart and energetic to manage any situation.
∎ Able to take initiative with courage.
∎ Should be self motivated and possess quality to motivate subordinates.
∎ Should possess rational decision making ability.
∎ Should have very good communication and presentation skills
Salary: Negotiable
