Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee, manage and direct construction projects from begging to end.
∎ Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project.
∎ Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
∎ Determine the permits from appropriate authorities through project coordinators.
∎ Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
∎ Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
∎ Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
∎ Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities.
∎ Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
∎ Setting Benchmarks of the project. Monitor progress to identify whether or not the project is on target to finish on time and within budget.
∎ Review and monitor the project in-depth.
∎ Ensure schedule of all the deliverables.
∎ Budget planning and cost estimating.
∎ Track inventory regularly.
∎ Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good skill on AutoCad
∎ IT Literate able to use Microsoft Office ( Excel & Word).
∎ Ability to organize the task to meet the company standard.
∎ Written and oral communication skills in Bengali &English.
∎ Communication with internal and external firm as needed.
∎ Must have experience on Govt./Semi Govt Job.
