Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. (Civil Engineering) with good academic record preferably from public university or reputed Private university.
∎ Diploma (Civil Engineering) with good academic record preferably from public polytechnic institute.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ At least 07 year(s) experience for B.SC Engineers in reputable real estate/construction company.
∎ At least 12 year(s) experience for Diploma Engineers in reputable real estate company.
∎ Good leadership and communication Sklll for efficient project management
∎ Able to enforce and maintain safety protocols meeting or exceeding industry standard.
∎ Experience in high-rise residential / commercial building with basement floor(s).
∎ Experience in Civil Construction work and high quality finishing vmrks.
∎ Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Power Point, MS EXCEL, MS WORD.
∎ Estimating scheduling of the project.
∎ Capability Of good co-ordination With other departments to uphold progress schedule and timely Handover Of project.
