Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc./Diploma in Civil Engineering from any public or private university
∎ MBA with Civil Engineering background with get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate internal and external resources for the flawless execution of projects.
∎ To supervise and monitor engineering construction projects in a safe and cost effective manner.
∎ Perform risk management to minimize project risk.
∎ To lead in preparing project wise Bill of Quantity, Tender documents, Cost estimation, Budget, work timeline & to explain information to team for better understanding & work progress.
∎ To collaborate Engineers, Supervisors and other construction vendor to ensure timely delivering of quantity project accurately with utmost customer satisfaction.
∎ To prepare and follow projects wise budget (man-machine-materials) aiming to profitability and financial stability.
∎ To be connected with project wise performance data, like; work delays, emergencies and other problems and to address those problems areas with solution.
∎ Creating and continuing a sustainable professional relationship at different level of supervisors, vendors and developing agencies.
∎ Reporting on projects (work progress, budget matters, resource and clients) to the senior (Reporting Boss) by weekly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 6 to 7 year(s) for B.Sc. and 10 to 11 year(s) for diploma engineers working experience in Real Estate or Developer Construction Company.
∎ Experience in monitoring and evaluation of projects.
∎ Good writing and reporting skills in English
∎ Good organizational and logistics skills.
