∎ B.E. (Mechanical /Civil engineering).

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning & Strategy: Lead the Project and provide direction and ensure overall functioning of the Department.
∎ Set Goals: Facilitate the definition of the project scope, goals and deliverables and define the project tasks and resource requirements.
∎ Budget & Resource Allocation: Manage the project budget and project resource allocation.
∎ Time Management: process of planning and exercising conscious control of time spent on specific activities, especially to increase effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity.
∎ Supervision: Track the project deliverables using appropriate tools as well as Provide direction and support to the project team
∎ Quality assurance: Maintain the quality of the project by ensuring each and every thing which affect the project directly or in directly.
∎ Solution & Implementation: Present reports defining the project progress, problems and solutions and implement and manage the project changes and interventions to achieve the project outputs with the project evaluations and assessment of results
∎ CAPEX assistance: Coordination on CAPEX assistance in Country and enhance the service.
∎ Monitoring & Review: Regularly monitor the quality of the project as per defined and set standards, ensure and monitor operations, proactive audit of various performance reports, provide timely feedback to the concerned department/unit on quality.

∎ Good Leadership quality
∎ Good communication skills
∎ Analytical skills & reasoning ability
∎ Ability to work under stress and quick decision maker.
∎ Good knowledge on MS Excel and power point presentation.
