Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc Hons./ Master's degree From Reputed institution into civil Engineering (Public University)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision of all civil construction works
∎ Ensure project completion as per schedule
∎ Develop work process that lead company to cost minimization
∎ All kind of supervision for structural work (Pilling, Shuttering etc.)
∎ All kind of finishing work supervision and control the wastages
∎ Checking interior & exterior drawing according to design
∎ Maintaining site safety
∎ Finding problem among project and site engineer and take necessary step to solve the problem
∎ Procurement for the local materials
∎ Prepare the sub-contractor bill and certify the quantity as per site execution
∎ Communication regularly with higher authority
∎ Create quality bonding among employees and stuff
∎ Making proper documentation
∎ Should be able to work hard under severe work loads
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 7 years into relevant work field
∎ Have knowledge of various construction works
∎ Knowing AutoCAD 2D will be preferable
∎ Strong Managerial Skill
∎ Strong Communication Skill
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Providing Car as transportation (Only for site visiting purpose)
∎ Monthly compensation as per requisition
∎ Mobile Bill etc.
