∎ At least 7 year(s)

Interior Design, Project Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Architecture Firm, Interior Design
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the Overall operation of all Interior projects.
∎ Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and information.
∎ Break projects into achievable actions and set time frames.
∎ Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
∎ Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
∎ Help to prepare budgets.
∎ Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
∎ Ensuring that clients' needs are met as the project progresses.
∎ Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement).
∎ Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
∎ Work with the Project Engineers to eliminate blockers.
∎ work closely with Project Engineers to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, time frames and budgets for projects.
∎ Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.
∎ Supervise and monitor all of the Interior sites of the company and submit report to the management on their current status time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Must have minimum 7 years project management experience as Project Manager in any recognized Interior Decoration Firm.
∎ Capable to work independently.
∎ Capable to work under pressure.
∎ Must be hard working and enthusiastic.
∎ Should possess basic Computer skills.
