Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate between Head office and Project office for smooth decision-making process.
∎ Project planning, organizing, supervising, scheduling and coordinating.
∎ Quality control, ensure proper safety at sites, defining the problems and identify the areas of improvement.
∎ Follow up detailed work programs and manpower status at sites day to day basis.
∎ Ensure all instructions from clients are clarified.
∎ To prepare monthly program with material budget as per master program.
∎ Prepare weekly and monthly project progress.
∎ Supervise and coordinate with site engineers and non-technical staffs.
∎ Capable to handle projects works independently.
∎ Require extensive knowledge regarding as construction details.
∎ Overall responsibility for managing project.
∎ To undertake any other duties related to the project and work as and when instructed by the management.

∎ Age at least 30 years
