Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring progress on specific projects to ensure that meets the deadline and objectives are achieved;
∎ Prepare construction plan, schedule and bill of quantities;
∎ Capable to run civil construction for commercial high rise building independently and confidently;
∎ Coordinating with architects, contractors, engineers, government officials, and other stakeholders involved in the project to ensure smooth project execution;
∎ Keeping track of permits, inspections, and other paperwork required for the project to move forward;
∎ Creating detailed timelines and plans for each phase of the project, including milestones and deadlines;
∎ Reviewing blueprints, sketches, renderings, or other drawings of proposed designs and renovations to determine feasibility and validity;
∎ Managing the budget for project by making sure that costs are controlled and all funds are spent wisely;
∎ Monitoring procurement of necessary equipment, materials and supplies for the projects;
∎ Maintaining records related to construction projects including permits, contracts, and zoning regulations;
∎ Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory agencies;
∎ Responsible for timely completion of civil construction as per plan;
∎ Ensure quality of work at every phase of construction maintaining quality control and standard procedures;
∎ Responsible for labour Management and HSSE;
∎ Coordinate with all team members to ensure that tasks are completed on schedule and within budget;
∎ Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion;
∎ Identify and resolve issues in a timely manner;
∎ Prepare reports for management detailing project progress and any issues that have arisen;
∎ Ensure that all safety regulations are being followed and that the job site is clean and orderly;
∎ Bridge between the client and the construction team for smooth project work;
∎ Coordinate with the contractor to ensure that all items are addressed before final payment is made.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in construction of high-rise building with multi-level basement;
∎ Should have experience in Construction & Real Estate;
∎ Skills in English is essential in written and verbal communication for daily correspondence;
∎ Knowledge on civil design and Bangladesh National Building Code;
∎ Project Management Professional (PMP) certification will be added extra advantage;
∎ Must have computer skill on MS Office and Auto CAD;
∎ Work with PWD, LGED, RHD and MES will be given preference;
∎ Must be proactive, good professional integrity and ethics;
∎ Able to work under pressure.
Salary: Tk. 60000 - 70000 (Monthly)
