Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project managers is responsible for his team, his own work tasks as required by seniors time to time in accordance with assigned responsibilities;
∎ Coordinate architectural, structural, electrical and plumbing drawing with respective departments;
∎ Keep necessary correspondences with own department and giving weekly, monthly work schedule and necessary action regarding the project's development;
∎ Ensure the work as per approved drawing and quality of work as per standard;
∎ Ensure work progress as per master program/time schedule as per standard;
∎ Planning and preparing of daily work schedule;
∎ Keep the records of the contractor's staff in the casting date and inform to superior;
∎ Keep the record of inspection, testing at construction site;
∎ Prepare bill as per actual works on the basis of drawing;
∎ Estimate of materials, equipment, accessories required for site and informing the respective person;
∎ Arrange all utility connections like gas, water, electricity of the project within due time;
∎ The incumbent should be capable enough to perform Procurement works -Local / Import if required.
∎ Any emergency work instructed by the Supervisor/head of department or higher authority must be given priority basis.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have 02 Years' experience of accomplish a large scale project.
∎ At least 02 to 05 (Five) years' experience in Project Implementation.
∎ Auto Cad competencies is preferable;
∎ Should Have hardworking mentality;
∎ Ability to be resourceful & proactive when issues arise
∎ Multitasking & Good Time Management skill with a very good sense of prioritizing tasks
∎ Teamwork capability;
∎ Should have a fair dealing capacity with government authority.
