Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical/ Chemical from reputed Public or Private University.
∎ Candidates having MBA degree will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and supervise Schedule maintenance of Civil machinery, Utility machinery, QC machinery and equipment.
∎ Analyze problems associated with the process, design, control, flow, range of the project / machinery and take corrective measures.
∎ Record keeping and technical correspondences related to design, specs, modification & development of new project.
∎ Good knowledge on Lead Certification.
∎ Prepare annual budget for Mechanical Section.
∎ Making weekly work programs and achieving target(s) with respect to Master Plan or Gantt Chart.
∎ Ensuring quality control aspects are meticulously followed/ complied with
∎ Maintaining checklist and formats of all works properly on a regular basis
∎ Take affective initiative to reduce the time for proper maintenance in case of any breakdown, installation new machinery & commissioning (if any), fabrication works required to accessories.
∎ Ability to effectively read and understand construction drawings related to Mechanical plan.
∎ Preparing & Checking all types of estimates of the project. Must contain comparative as well as competitive estimates from more than 2 (two) vendors
∎ Liaising, Reporting & Updating the CEO by providing necessary data, information and decision-oriented issues of the respective project
∎ Ensuring proper safety and security measures and keeping the project highly organized, clean and hygienic
∎ Co-ordinate with various dept & ensure smooth operation of project
