Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop comprehensive project plans for Civil works, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation to ensure it is aligned with project objectives.
∎ Collaborate with project engineers, site engineers, architects, and stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
∎ Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure effective coordination and execution of tasks.
∎ Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities by confirming adherence to approved plans and specifications.
∎ Monitor progress and quality of work to maintain compliance with project timelines, industry principles, and expectations.
∎ Identify and resolve construction-related issues, conflicts, and design abnormalities proactively to ensure seamless project execution.
∎ Lead the implementation of Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) processes to uphold project specifications and industry best practices.
∎ Identify potential risks to develop mitigation plans and ensure proactive risk management strategies are in place.
∎ Ensure strict statutory compliance with safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and legal requirements related to hotel and commercial building construction.
∎ Monitor and address any design-related issues or abnormalities that arise during the construction phases to ensure seamless execution.
∎ Track project expenditures to maintain adherence to the approved budget, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement cost-control measures.
∎ Maintain and manage accurate project documentation, including architectural and engineering drawings, change orders, progress reports, and compliance records.
∎ Prepare and present detailed project status reports, highlighting key milestones, risks, and performance metrics to senior management.
∎ Foster collaboration between internal teams and external partners to drive project efficiency and successful completion.

∎ Meghna Hotel and Resorts Limited (MHRL), a concern of Meghna Group of Industries (MGI) is going to build a country-leading Five Star Hotel & Resorts and Commercial Building with aesthetic and state-of-the-art facilities in the heart of Dhaka City, Bangladesh. The position ‘Project Manager-Civil will be responsible for the project planning, execution, and construction of Meghna Hotel & Resorts Limited. The position will report to the Project Director of MHRL.
