∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 20 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of work programs of projects.
∎ Preparation of weekly, monthly & quarterly look-ahead schedule updating actual progress and related information & comparison analysis.
∎ Estimation of BOQ rate analysis, Costing and budgeting of project.
∎ Tracking and maintain scope changes of civil items for construction and its effect on the overall project schedule.
∎ Preparation of progress report and correction of action plan for achieving the target applying the further process.
∎ Budget monitoring & estimation.
∎ Control the material wastage of the projects.
∎ Preparation executive progress summary report/presentations to the top management on project status for periodical review.
∎ Assists in the implementation of construction work as per design and work program.
∎ Effective manipulation to the construction based people in respect of work program.
∎ Monitoring of actual resources availability & analysis using histogram.
∎ responsible for overall management of projects.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 12 to 15 years for B.Sc. in Civil Engineering and 15 to 20 years for Diploma in Civil Engineering.
