Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil engineering
∎ Training/Trade Course: Project Management
∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD, Construction engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Civil Construction works, Industrial Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding of Basic Civil functions e.g. civil working drawing, Site preparation, Ground leveling, soil testing, form work, concrete foundation, building construction, special know
∎ Managing, designing, developing, creating and maintaining construction projects
∎ Conducting on-site investigations and analyzing data
∎ Assessing potential risks, materials and costs
∎ Preparing Construction work plan and time management of project
∎ Prepare Purchase Requisition (PR), Material Receiving Report (MRR),
∎ Check measurement book (MB), Bill of Quantity (BOQ)
∎ Prepare estimation, check requisition list, quantity & quality and inventory
∎ Coordinate with procurement and delivery department
∎ Ensure proper inventory of all stores/materials at site
∎ Control wastage and ensure tidiness of site
∎ Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
∎ Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials
∎ Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Project Management Experience, Industrial Building Construction
Salary: Negotiable
