∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Experience in Construction of High rise building with single/multiple basements in construction sector.
∎ Planning skills, Risk management skills, combination skills.
∎ Fluency in software programs related to Construction management including project management software (Auto CAD, MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel etc.)
∎ Good written and oral Communication skills in English and Bengali.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Project Manager is primarily responsible for overseeing the Construction of large Building projects. He will involve in the areas of planning, budgeting, resource allocation, worker coordination etc.
∎ Having experience in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous/Foreign funded projects.
∎ Monitor all activities regularly.
∎ Study and analyses BOQ and project plan, work schedule and progress report.
∎ Maintain, control and responsibility for the security and operation of directly owned equipment on the job site in conjunction with the staff.
∎ Assess project estimations and budgets.
∎ Coordinate activities with all the relevant departments.
∎ Follow up activities and lead a team of Engineers towards success.
∎ Oversee construction site workers and subcontractors.
∎ Plan and review potential safety issues.
∎ Ensure timely and cost-efficient completion of construction projects.
∎ Contribution in cost and price calculations.
∎ Any other job as per management’s requirement.
