- Must have experience working under Govt./Non-Govt./autonomous organizations such as PWD, BWDB, Bangladesh Army etc.
- Experienced in Budgeting, Construction, Estimating, Finishing, Project Management, Quality Control Assurance, Supervision.
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
- Professional attitude and appearance & Smart and convincing personality.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to complete the task for his project.
- Must be experienced in river bank protective work.
- AutoCad, IPC bill, Monitoring & Reporting, Practical Skill, Project Management.
Responsibilities & Context:
Coordinate with all the levels of management and contractors for progress, construction schedule and maintenance of the specification.
To certify all running and final bills of contractors.
Prepares project reports for Management.
To ensure execution of the construction works as per schedule.
To Study the structural and architectural design/drawing pertinent to the project and execute construction works accordingly.
To ensure that all indents for procurement of materials are in conformity both in respect of desired quality & quantity of works that are actually required as per works program for the month.
To ensure that all the logistic support i.e. materials including drawings, designs, detailing are available on demand at the site.
To prepare workplan, construction progress report & submit to appropriate higher authority from time to time.
To ensure safety and security of man and materials, equipment and other assets of the company allotted for the project.
To maintain cost control by monitoring monthly actual expenditure with actual works done.
Monitor the progress of the Project and discuss with the Head Office to take corrective measures if necessary.
Any other activities as and when required by the Management.
Finally Fully responsible for the assigned Project.
