Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in Mechanical Engineering from reputed institution. Post graduate degree in relevant field(s), Project Management etc. will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project management: prepare proposals, contracts, project scheduling and staffing planning
∎ Extensive knowledge on building codes, local ordinances and regulatory agency guides
∎ Effectively negotiate with staff, project teams, vendor/supplier and clients
∎ Work through all phases of project delivery from programming, concept development and production of work, through construction administration and project close out
∎ Discerning of the current status of project work and recommended improvement.
∎ Monitoring staff, Project implementation and improvement activities.
∎ Preparation of Project Profile as and when necessary.
∎ Negotiate with different vendor, clients
∎ Actively engage staff with updates and news, as well as involving staff in decisions and work teams
∎ Build positive relationships with staff, peers, and senior leadership to support the mission, vision, values, and performance standards of the organization
∎ Provide feedback and recognition when appropriate
∎ Manage additional local projects as appropriate, and other duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 8-10 years' experience in plant operations and project execution/implementation jobs.
∎ Conversant with local laws and legal procedures for implementing green-field projects.
∎ Experience in rice related projects is preferred.
∎ Thorough knowledge of GMP manufacturing, GMP regulatory compliance standards
∎ Proficient in MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint & AutoCAD
∎ Demonstrated ability to interact in multidisciplinary environment including engineering, facility operations, validation, production and QC\QA. Ability to work across functional disciplines.
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in order to achieve deliverables and adhere to timelines and budgets.
