∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Architecture
Experience Requirements:
∎ 11 to 17 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Provide dynamic leadership to the integrated construction/implementation team.
∎ • Project control, manage and perform overall design implementation process.
∎ • Prepare & determine estimation for all projects (Budget, BOQ & Material Specifications)
∎ • Prepare documentation including project scheduling, Budget, and BOQ for all building and interior design projects, hence must have knowledge in various materials and their installation process
∎ • Ensure the project within the stipulated project schedule and budget
∎ • Resource Management, Lead and manage all site architects/ engineers and contractors from start to project finish including material consumption and wastage control
∎ • Managing Project for Approval and Statutory Compliance process
∎ • Manage and administer external consultants/vendors.
∎ • Manage and distribute works to integrated construction teams and site architects/engineers.
∎ • Prepare, supervise, and check all detailed working drawings and send them to the site for construction.
∎ • Ensure quality and standard of construction, modify existing design to meet those needs if necessary
∎ • Manage overall supervision of the construction of various Architectural and Interior Design Projects and report to the Head of the Department.
∎ • To check and certify contractor's bills
∎ • Clear understanding of the Design requirement of a client, define project scope and set goals and targets
∎ • Must have knowledge of various materials (exterior and interior) and their installation process
∎ • Ensure team efficiency and assure the quality of product and service
∎ • Liaise with the Client and the Engineer on all aspects of Project Controls and parameters.
∎ • Coordinate with Structural and MEP consultant / Vendor, also cross-functional collaboration
∎ • Identify the key features, designing risks, and opportunities of the project and integrate it in to design
∎ • Manage and perform an integrated design team including program scheduling, project analysis, and implementation
∎ • Preparation of detailed design and development.
∎ • Preparation of presentation drawings for clients with 3d views and animation in Sketchup and Lumion
∎ • Must be proficient in hand-sketch, 2D and 3D drawings and modellings
∎ • Time management is a must and committed to Deadlines
∎ • Preparation of Architectural Design and Drawings
∎ • Preparation of synchronized drawings with inputs from Structural and MEP consultant/Vendor
∎ • Preparation and update the modifications of Architectural Drawings
∎ • Preparation of Architectural / ID Working Drawings and Details send to the site for construction.
∎ • Landscape Design and Drawings; Over all Site control and supervision.
∎ • Distribute and perform overall supervision of the construction of various Architectural and Interior Design Projects
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 42 years
∎ Excellent Communicational and organizational skills
∎ High professional quality and proficiency at work
∎ Expert in AutoCAD, sketch up, Lumion, 3D Max, Revit
∎ Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
∎ Time & Budget management, Commitment to the work, and Commitment to the submission date
