∎ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
∎ 4 Years of proven experience in managing construction projects, preferably in engineering-related disciplines.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project Planning:
∎ Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, and deliverables.
∎ Create detailed schedules and timelines for each phase of the construction project.
∎ Identify and allocate necessary resources, both human and material, to execute the project.
∎ Budget Management:
∎ Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost estimates are accurate and realistic.
∎ Monitor project expenses and ensure expenditures stay within approved budgets.
∎ Implement cost control measures to minimize project costs while maintaining quality.
∎ Team Leadership and Coordination:
∎ Build and lead a project team, which may include architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
∎ Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and ensure effective communication among team members.
∎ Motivate and guide the team to meet project objectives and deadlines.
∎ Risk Management:
∎ Identify potential risks and uncertainties in the construction project and develop risk mitigation strategies.
∎ Regularly assess project risks and implement measures to avoid or minimize their impact.
∎ Quality Control and Compliance:
∎ Ensure that construction work complies with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
∎ Implement quality control measures to maintain high construction standards and meet client expectations.
∎ Communication:
∎ Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
∎ Provide regular project updates and progress reports to stakeholders, keeping them informed of the project's status.
∎ Procurement and Vendor Management:
∎ Coordinate the procurement of materials and services required for the project.
∎ Evaluate and select contractors and subcontractors based on their qualifications and track record.
∎ Health and Safety:
∎ Ensure that construction activities adhere to all safety regulations and best practices.
∎ Promote a safety-conscious culture among the project team and enforce safety protocols.
∎ Change Management:
∎ Assess and manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring proper documentation and approval.
∎ Project Closure:
∎ Oversee the project's final stages, including inspections, commissioning, and handover to the client.
∎ Conduct a comprehensive project evaluation to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
∎ Excellent leadership and communication abilities to effectively lead a diverse project team.
∎ Thorough understanding of construction processes, codes, regulations, and safety standards.
∎ Proficiency in project management software and tools.
∎ Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
∎ Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
