Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist and collaborate with the Project Director daily.
∎ Coordinate with the CEO as and when needed.
∎ Accountable for assigned projects from beginning to delivery stage.
∎ Develop detailed project plans that identify resource needs, inputs, and outputs.
∎ Collaborate with the Business Development team to create proposals that can win projects.
∎ Complete projects on time by organizing and controlling project elements.
∎ Carry out detailed technical studies and prepare cost estimates.
∎ Determine project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, and sequencing project elements.
∎ Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems/disputes.
∎ Communicate effectively across multiple stakeholders and departments throughout different stages of the project development.
∎ Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information, and recommending actions.
∎ Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Multi-task by adjusting from one type of job to another without loss of efficiency.
∎ Carry out any other associated task as deemed necessary by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 02 years of Experience on developing and executing projects.
∎ Experience on management of maritime projects will be preferred.
∎ Ability to work with changing requirements and technological advancements.
∎ Ability to foster and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders and coordinate work with the manufacturers, suppliers, and principals.
∎ Organizational skills with the ability to manage numerous problems at once.
∎ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment.
∎ Good computer skills.
∎ Ability to work independently, solve problems and make decisions within boundaries of responsibilities.
∎ Critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills with keen eye to details.
∎ Good written and verbal communication skills, conceptual skills, time management skills, interpersonal skills, and multi-tasking skills.
