Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop policies & procedures, implement them, evaluate the organization's performance and take necessary corrective action to improve operational effectiveness and organizational efficiency. Schedule, coordinate and conduct regularly scheduled construction progress meeting with the project owners.
∎ Responsible for overall timely implementation of the Project, maintaining the quality, workmanship and within the approved budget.
∎ To carry out all types of civil Engineering Construction work.
∎ Responsible for all aspect of Construction work and estimate.
∎ To manage and supervise the activities of all the personnel's of the Project
∎ To check and ensure that the work is carries out as per design and drawing.
∎ Should have extensive experience in construction finishing works.
∎ To prepare project budget in details and allocate the resources accordingly considering expenses to ensure the desired profit.
∎ To determine appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for project.
∎ To track issues and develop plans to correct the implementation process immediately.
∎ To escalate problems for prompt resolution.
∎ To maintain liaison with various Government, semi Government, Autonomous bodies for various approval of construction works and infrastructure project.
∎ To develop project execution plan and manage the individual projects
∎ To monitor deviations from budget and take corrective action to meet established goals.
∎ To Ensures assigned projects are completed within scheduled time and budget by meeting clients' specification.
∎ To provide strategic leadership for the organization by closely working with the management to establish short, medium and long term business goals, strategies, plans and policies.
∎ To ensure progress in made onsite and work progresses in accordance with the agreed upon schedule.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Able to take challenge.
∎ Strong team building and leadership skills.
∎ Have ability to work for extended hours.
∎ Ready to work under stress & Pressure.
∎ Practical working experience in large group, Real Estate & International Hotel will get preference.
