  • Hands-on experience with LMS platforms (Odoo, Moodle or custom) and familiarity with AI applications in EdTech.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a high-performing Project Head to lead the operations, growth, and strategic development of our two flagship EdTech platforms - Schoolbd.ac (focus on primary & secondary levels) and College.ac (focus on HSC & O/A levels). This is a senior leadership role focused on overseeing project execution based on commitment & target, scaling digital learning experiences, driving innovation through AI and LMS and accelerating revenue growth through content commercialization and market expansion. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with proven success in managing complex EdTech platforms, digital teams and monetization strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Business Growth:

  • Develop and execute platform-specific and combined growth strategies for Schoolbd.ac and College.ac.

  • Lead initiatives to increase paid course enrollment, upsell premium content and boost overall platform revenue.

  • Identify emerging market needs, competitor gaps and commercial opportunities in school and HSC segments.

  • Drive institutional partnerships, B2B deals and affiliate collaborations to expand reach and income.

Revenue & Monetization Ownership:

  • Design and implement monetization models: blended course, subscription plans, crash course bundles, certification tracks, freemium vs premium content strategies.

  • Track key financial KPIs and optimize pricing, funnels and promotional strategies accordingly.

  • Build and manage performance-based incentive programs for content creators and instructors.

Project Management & Digital Product Delivery:

  • Oversee project pipelines - from concept to execution - for course development, platform features and technology rollouts.

  • Ensure timely delivery of new products and updates aligned with academic calendars and marketing plans.

  • Use agile practices to manage workflows across departments (academic, content, tech, marketing and support).

LMS Platform Oversight:

  • Supervise and optimize platform performance on both Schoolbd.ac and College.ac (Odoo LMS and any custom LMS modules).

  • Ensure the integration of new features such as dashboards, assessments, feedback loops and mobile responsiveness.

  • Improve user journeys for students and instructors by enhancing usability, accessibility and engagement.

AI Integration & Digital Innovation:

  • Lead the adoption of AI tools to personalize learning, automate assessments, provide intelligent tutoring and enhance engagement.

  • Pilot and scale technologies such as AI-driven recommendation engines, chat-based support and learning analytics dashboards.

  • Collaborate with product and tech teams to implement smart features that enhance learning outcomes and business efficiency.

Academic Content Strategy & Delivery:

  • Oversee content planning and execution across subject areas (Grades 1–12), including video lectures, slides, quizzes and certification modules.

  • Set quality benchmarks and instructional design standards for in-house and external contributors.

  • Manage instructor onboarding, training and performance-based incentives.

Marketing & Growth Campaigns:

  • Lead cross-platform digital marketing strategy including SEO, paid ads, influencer marketing and content marketing.

  • Monitor user acquisition, engagement and conversion metrics and adjust strategies based on performance data.

  • Manage campaign calendars aligned with academic sessions, exam seasons and promotional cycles.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Lead a multi-functional team across both platforms - including Project Managers, Marketers, content developers, academic advisors, and tech support.

  • Facilitate cross-platform collaboration to ensure shared resources, efficiency, and brand alignment

  • Build a results-driven team culture rooted in innovation, data, and impact.
