    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HR Management
  • Bachelors and Master’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum CGPA: 3.00.

Experience:

  • 2–3 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in an educational institution.

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized.

  • Knowledge of HR tools/software is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources (HR):

  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation.

  • Address employee queries and support a positive work environment.

  • Help implement performance appraisals and training programs.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and update employee records.

  • Manage payroll, leave records, and employee benefits.

Administrative Support:

  • Oversee facilities and ensure they are safe, clean, and ready for use.

  • Support college development projects (e.g., infrastructure or technology upgrades).

  • Work with committees for syllabus, flyers, and brochures.

  • Monitor staff attendance and supervise their responsibilities.

  • Manage college stores and maintain campus cleanliness.

  • Ensure campus security and supervise security staff.

  • Organize and support college events and activities.

  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and liaise with vendors.

  • Participate in purchase committee activities as needed.

  • Perform tasks related to the Education Board and act as a liaison officer.

  • Oversee the college firefighting team and maintain firefighting equipment.

  • Handle administrative tasks like maintaining records and correspondence.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health, safety, and institutional policies.

  • Any other tasks assigned by management.
