Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/ Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Architecture/ from reputed Universities or any polytechnic Institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management, Operator (CADD), Project Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Architecture Firm, Engineering Firms, Interior Design
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates should have knowledge about interior works.
∎ To site survey, collect data and make drawings, prepare budget.
∎ Supervision & execution of interior decoration work as per design, drawings and architectural views.
∎ Ensuring the finishing quality of the project.
∎ Taking field/site measurement and prepare bill of quotation.
∎ Have to maintain a proper communication with site, clients & office management.
∎ Have to prepare reports on site progress works daily and mail to management.
∎ Have to solve technical issues, providing advice and coordinate with fitter or subcontractor.
∎ Coordinate between project site & office for smooth work.
∎ He should have responsibility from start to complete of a project and must take a handover letter from a clients.
∎ Has to maintain a material flow chart for completion of work.
∎ Creating Bar chart of the project and work accordingly.
∎ Candidates should be able to work under pressure.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have enough technical knowledge about Interior finish, Civil.
∎ Must be a Motor Cycle License holder and willing to ride a Motor Cycle.
∎ Computer knowledge is must (MS Office, Auto CAD, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Email, Internet, and etc.)
∎ Ability to organize the task to meet the company standard.
∎ Must be able to work in a team and self-motivated.
∎ Adaptable and able to work under pressure independently.
∎ Good knowledge in interior relevant works.
∎ Energetic, creative, punctual and honest.
