Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage various projects, ensuring site supervision, planning, coordination, evaluation, control, and timely completion of Pre-Fabricated Structures while adhering to SIMEX's standard guidelines and quality assurance.
∎ The Candidate mast have knowledge to maintain Total Station Surveyor
∎ Verify the accuracy of Erection & Installation works of Steel Buildings in accordance with drawings and relevant Engineering Standards.
∎ Prepare analytical and periodic progress reports for ongoing and upcoming construction works, maintaining independent liaison with project consultants.
∎ Plan, schedule, and organize projects to meet completion deadlines.
∎ Oversee day-to-day site management, supervise labor force, monitor certified Builders' workmanship, and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
∎ Guide the Builder/Erector in Steel building erection procedures until project handover.
∎ Take corrective measures for construction activities, resolving unexpected difficulties and issues.
∎ Provide logistical support, ensuring efficient delivery of shipments from the Head Office sites, including checking erection drawings, shipping documents, handling, transportation, and unloading materials.
∎ Collaborate closely with Design, Supply Chain/Factory, and Sub-Contractors.
∎ Track payment progress, ensure financial clearance for building fabrication, and follow up on shipment completion.
∎ Demonstrate expertise in project management, construction materials, drafting, billing, labor handling, and modern construction equipment.
∎ Take necessary actions to address delays, adverse weather conditions, or emergencies at construction sites.

Salary: Tk. 250000 - 300000 (Monthly)
