Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma or B.SC in Civil Engineering from reputed university/Institute
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage/coordinate Site personnel for the erection works.
∎ Organize Anchor bolt, erection team
∎ Supervise erection works regularly.
∎ Frequent Site Visit and submitting report to PM
∎ Ensuring proper rectification works of old project.
∎ Meeting with clients and report to the supervisor
∎ Preparing work schedule.
∎ Preparing current and final bill of assigned projects.
∎ Giving support to erection team and solving problems when raised
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in Steel Structure erection works.
∎ No need to apply if the applicant has no experience in Steel Structure Construction
∎ Should have Strong verbal and written communication skills
∎ Should have good mentality, responsibilities and attitude in all aspect
∎ Must have the mentality to stay at sites out of Dhaka.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Provident fund
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ And other facilities as per company rules
