Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc. in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Arrange mobilization and site preparatory works
∎ Collect all Working Drawings (i.e. Architectural, Structural, Electrical and Plumbing) from Head Office
∎ Make Project Master Program or schedule of Works in collaboration with concerned Project Manager
∎ Prepare estimates for foundation and frame works in 1st phase and total estimates for all other works in subsequent phases
∎ Get contractors from the concerned Project Manager
∎ Collect copy of Landowner's Deed of Agreement, Project Brochure, Perspective views of the Building and list of Standard Features and Amenities made for the Project
∎ Collect Technical Manuals of Works and specifications of the materials to be used
∎ Set-up internal control management
∎ Set-up Quality Assurance System
∎ Define job responsibilities of all associate staffs and imposing responsibilities on them
∎ Maintain Quality Records
∎ Set-up work supervision management system for the whole project and ensuring proper supervision on all works through project team
∎ Identify faulty works and workmanship and taking corrective action
∎ Take measurements of all completed works and recording in MB
∎ Prepare contractors' bills and certifying those
∎ Record optional/modification works given by CSD and arranging to get those done
∎ Develop basic management for the contractors working in the project
∎ Take proper care for site safety, safety for workers and preventive measures against police problem
∎ Prepare Monthly Work Program or schedule for Master Work Program of the project
∎ Allocate works to different contractors through DPE/APE/Jr. PE
∎ Set-up wastage control management
∎ Any other job assign by higher management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms
∎ Honest, ethical and hard worker
∎ Ability to work under pressure and tight deadline
∎ Good analytical skill and problem-solving ability
∎ Experience in World Class water park project / Five-star Hotel / Resort (preferable)
Salary: Negotiable
