∎ Must have ability to handle a project individual
∎ To control and monitor sub - contractors
∎ To control and monitor all finishing works
∎ To follow-up project inventory
∎ To prepare all kinds of labor bill/ sub- Contractor bills
∎ Responsible for all activates of the project
∎ Responsible for Supervising, monitoring & Managing the construction work in routine basis and estimation of Quantity of raw materials maintain inventory of the project.
∎ Must have ability to handle a project individual
