∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Project Operation, Real Estate Development
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To control and monitor all finishing work
∎ To control and monitor civil Sub-contractors.
∎ To Follow-up/ monitor project inventory
∎ To prepare all kinds of labor bill/ sub- contractor bill
∎ To monitor all activates of the project
∎ To supervise monitor & manage the construction work in routing basis and estimate quantity of raw materials, maintain inventory of the project
∎ Assist the project consultants in civil related activities. Ensure the quality of the civil related activities of the project
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have ability to handle a project individual sound knowledge in computer(MS Word, Excel & AutoCAD)
∎ Must have ability to handle ERP software.
Salary: Negotiable
