Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil/ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Full responsibility for the project site, including planning, organizing, and controlling all project activities. Must have expert knowledge on building products, construction details and BOQ.
∎ Capable of properly analyzing all designs and notifying the appropriate authorities of any changes in advance.
∎ Capable to ensure Quality of works with proper record keeping of every stages of QC.
∎ Responsible for creating a work schedule that adheres to the project plan and completing all tasks on time.
∎ Ensure all stages of reporting by online reporting system.
∎ Responsible for project control budgeting, manpower and resource utilization and materials allocation for different projects.
∎ Plan ahead of time for the construction items required and ensure to obtain them on schedule.
∎ Work with project workers and contractors to identify and resolve operational issues before they become a problem.
∎ Responsible for creating bills of work completed and submitting them to the appropriate authority.
∎ Coordinate project activities with regulatory authorities or other government entities.
∎ Ensures all the safety codes and security of all workers, materials, and equipment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s) : Real Estate/ Construction & Engineering company
∎ Proactive, self-driven, analytical skills, hard-working and motivated;
∎ Speaking and writing skills in English & Bangla.
∎ Responsible to carry out the site supervision and act as a technical adviser during all stages of work.
∎ Willing and able to bear high levels of responsibility by making timely decisions and accountable to management.
∎ Strong communication, planning and organizational skills.
∎ Proficiency in preparing BOQ and work schedule in Microsoft Project.
∎ Must have experience in building construction.
