∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Architecture/ from reputed Universities or any polytechnic Institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Architecture firm, Interior Firms
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Architecture Firm, Interior Design
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates must have the adequate knowledge about interior works.
∎ Site surveying, data collecting, preparing sketch & drawings, making budget.
∎ Supervision & execution of interior decoration work as per design, drawings and architectural views.
∎ Ensuring the finishing quality of the project.
∎ Maintaining proper communication with site, clients & office management.
∎ Preparing reports on site progress works daily and mail to management.
∎ Solving technical issues, providing advice and coordinate with contractors.
∎ Have to take the responsibility to complete a project from starting.
∎ Preparing Bar chart of the project and work accordingly.
∎ Candidates must have the ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must have to keep the mental preparation to work on holiday's/ extra times if situation demands.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Willing to ride a Motor Cycle and the license holder will get preferences.
∎ Computer knowledge is must (MS Office, Auto CAD, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Email, Internet, and etc.)
∎ Ability to organize the task to meet the company standard.
∎ Must be able to work in a team and self-motivated.
∎ Energetic, creative, punctual and honest.
Salary: Negotiable
