Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. Engineering, Civil from a Public University or Diploma in Civil Engineering from a govt. institute
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Full time close supervision of construction works & Site control in all respects
∎ To maintain progress according to construction schedule, work methods etc
∎ To ensure quality of work, workmanship and materials before use
∎ Oversee and manage site supervisor, labor/contractors and schedules during construction projects
∎ Documentation and periodical reporting and capable of solving all technical and managerial problems at project site
∎ Ensure safety, security and cleanness
∎ Checking of all types of bills (petty cash, labor bills, etc.)
∎ To prepare & check regular work progress report
∎ Overall take care of site administration and documentation
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 8 -10 years’ proven working experience for Graduate Engineer
∎ Minimum 12 -15 years’ proven working experience for Diploma Engineer
∎ Proficient with MS Office applications like MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Auto CAD etc
∎ Project management and supervision skills
∎ Ability to maintain an overview of entire projects while continuing to attend to detailed technicalities
∎ Ability to think methodically and to manage projects
∎ Problem-solving skills
∎ Ability to work to deadlines and within budgets
∎ Negotiating, supervisory and leadership skills
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
