Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/ Diploma in Civil Engineering from reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning for Proper Progress of Project Works.
∎ Monitoring the Project Progress and taking Action Plan depending upon the needs.
∎ Improving Workmanship, Quality of each item of Works.
∎ Providing Safety guideline to all the workers.
∎ Supervise and Monitor Structural, Masonry and Finishing work to ensure the Quality of Construction.
∎ Maintain Liaison with officers and/or any Sub-Contractors & Supervisor.
∎ Prepare estimation of Building Material as per Drawing.
∎ Maintain Liaison with any Sub-Contractors & Supervisor.
∎ Ensure all Logistic Support.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 05 (Five) Years or more working Experience in Real Estate Industry after Graduation.
∎ Must have adequate knowledge on Multi-Storied Basement and Finishing Work especially in Fair-face & Cladding.
∎ High attention to Details & Accuracy.
∎ Extensive Knowledge on Real Estate/ Developer Business and Present Construction Scenario.
∎ Extensive Knowledge on Updated/ New Building Materials.
∎ Should be Smart, Energetic, Self-motivated.
∎ Customer friendly Attitude & Polite Behavior.
∎ Extensive Knowledge in MS Office Package.
∎ Must have Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills.
