Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/ M.Sc in Civil Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Civil construction planning, supervision of work, monitoring and maintaining the quality and cost control.
∎ Must have knowledge to handle Auto CAD software. Drafters draw up blueprints and plans for the construction like using computer-aided drafting (CAD) software. Familiarity with CAD/CAM equipment. Should have Knowledge in checking of Architectural and Structural Design.
∎ Must have knowledge in BOQ preparation, should have knowledge in PWD rate schedule.
∎ Have knowledge in BNBC, Compliance, ACCORD ALLIANCE guidelines. Have to face any type of Structural audit of COMPLIANCE.
∎ Preparing all engineering drawings and assist to make all design calculations.
∎ Responsible for project budgeting, resource utilization and materials allocation for construction sites.
∎ To work according to the schedule given by the management.
∎ Knowledge of principles, practices and techniques of surveying, civil engineering, construction and engineering inspections.
∎ Planning of Daily/Weekly/Monthly progress reports, Coordination & Monitoring the progress and taking action plan depending upon the needs.
∎ Continue good communication with administration, follow-up and coordination with management by giving proper service to the company.
∎ Maintain development status reports.
∎ Any other responsibility as and when assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Experience in Textile/Garments section or LEED green building implementation will be given preference.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Excellent in inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Knowledge on organizational culture change management, diversity, inclusion gender sensitivity.
∎ Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships across the organization.
