∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Auto CAD 2D 3D, BOQ, Cad Software, Calculation of RCC and Steel Straucture, Computer skill in MS Project

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 2 Years Experience Working as a Sr. Civil Engineer on Similar Project, Ability to Work Under Pressure, AUTO CAD and Solid Works, Billing, Bridge and Road Construction Monitoring, Building Construction, Computer skill in MS Project, Construction cost estimation, Effective Communication Skill, Work planning
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Real Estate, Steel

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have sound knowledge on Specially Tenders, Documents knowledge, Estimation, Making and Submission must be preferable, labor management, overall quality management and full time supervision capacity for construction of a modern Bridge, High-rise Building, Factory Building, Road & Building, (RCC & Steel) work.
∎ Being on the construction site constantly in order to ensure that set standards are followed.
∎ Maintain good communication with client.
∎ Collect, preserve & have clear concept of all approved drawing, design, specifications
∎ Planning, coordinating, recommending and implementing the construction designs and work progress.
∎ Preparing schedules and assigning work to construction personnel
∎ Ensuring that the construction work is completed in good time and that the set budget is adhered to.
∎ Focusing on safety and ensuring that all workers adhere to set safety standards.
∎ Ensuring the quantity & quality of materials received, used.
∎ To place report to the concern authority time to time.
∎ Ensuring that the reports records, time sheets, and invoices are approved by the construction authorities.
∎ Prepare construction progress report & submit to appropriate higher authority from time to time based on approved drawing, design and schedule.
∎ Planning & Supervision of Construction works, working drawing, Site preparation, renovation, finishing work and handling implementing.
∎ Ensure quality of works being maintained at highest level
∎ Ensure bill of the constructors & facilitate timely payment
∎ Ensure overall safety and security of man and materials, equipment's & other assets of the company allotted for the project
∎ Engaging sub-contractor/ civil worker for maintenance works
∎ Preparing and maintaining machine document.
∎ To study all working drawings for execution construction works at the site.
∎ To monitor construction works as per working drawing.
∎ Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
∎ Develop full-scale project plan and schedule project timeliness and implement & manage project changes and inventions to achieve project output.
∎ Prepare the detailed estimation, costing as well as preparation of BOQ according to drawing & design.
∎ To check & finalize the sub-contractor bill as per the quality of completed job/works as terms and conditions of the Work Order.
∎ To undertake travel on Company work
∎ Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ready to work at project sites, anywhere in Bangladesh.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 35000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary may be negotiable based on (year of) working experience of Applicants.
