Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with a background in mechanical/electrical engineering and proven experience in construction project coordination.
∎ Responsibilities:
∎ • Quotation checking: Review and verify project quotations for accuracy and completeness.
∎ •Execution Budget checking : Monitoring project execution budgets
∎ •Documentation: Manage all project-related documentation. Ensuring documents are properly filed, organized, and readily accessible. • Data Management: Maintain and update project information in the server, ensuring data accuracy.
∎ •Reporting: Prepare and submit timely tender reports. Create comprehensive weekly project reports, summarizing progress, challenges, and key metrics. • Communication: Communicate effectively with project managers and the country manager, providing regular updates and addressing any project-related issues.
∎ •Other duties: Visit our project site occasionally. And work assigned by the higher management.
∎ Qualifications:
∎ Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
∎ • Few years of experience in a construction project and work experience in Japanese company. [Highly preferable]
∎ • Experience in project coordination, demonstrating strong organizational and time-management skills.
∎ • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
∎ • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
