∎ - 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in an English medium school.
∎ - Strong knowledge of the education sector, school operations, and academic coordination.
∎ - Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English (written and verbal).
∎ - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
∎ - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
∎ This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, efficient in multitasking, and passionate about improving educational services.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for a proactive and organised Project Coordinator with experience in English medium curriculum/ schools and a strong understanding of the education sector. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure team alignment, and manage client relationships efficiently for our education and training programmes.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ - Manage programme timelines, documentation, and progress tracking.
∎ - Coordinate with teams to ensure task alignment and timely execution.
∎ - Serve as the primary contact for students, parents, trainees, addressing inquiries and maintaining relationships.
∎ - Support marketing initiatives to promote educational services and drive growth.
∎ - Engage with potential stakeholders at corporate offices, educational institutions, financial sector companies etc.
∎ - Oversee administrative tasks, including scheduling and budget tracking.
