Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from reputed University
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Project Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of projects, buildings construction plans and work schedule.
∎ Develop simple reporting formats to be used in collecting data, and train staff in the monitoring and evaluation system of the project.
∎ Preparing reports of implementation of project work activities by site engineer/concern person and follow up periodically.
∎ Weekly and monthly reports on the progress of project.
∎ Associate with senior management in the development of quarterly, annual targeted plan.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Should have work experience as a Project Coordinator or a similar role
∎ Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
∎ An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
∎ Good knowledge of Microsoft Project.
