Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from public engineering university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 15 to 20 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The applicant should have experience in Developer, Real Estate, Building Construction of High rise building ( 20-25 storied )
∎ Should have practical knowledge on 3 or 4basements for high rise building
∎ Good knowledge for finishing works
∎ Consults with Architect and Consultants regarding project designs and constructions and works closely directly under top Management.
∎ Fully controls project-plan by reviewing designs, specifications, and plans.
∎ Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems
∎ Prepares project status reports (Weekly and Monthly) by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and recommending actions based on it.
∎ Responsible for all aspect of structural design and estimate.
∎ Check and ensure that the work is carried out as per design and drawing.
∎ The professional we are looking for will be positive with a background of high rise buildings Structural and Civil Construction works experience.
∎ He should plan, prepare budget, supervise and coordinate construction, materials requirement, time schedule, installation, maintenance, support, documentation and testing activities to ensure compliance with codes and specifications for successfully execution of the projects.
∎ Focusing on safety and ensuring that all workers adhere to set safety standards.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Should have clear knowledge on structural design of Foundation, RCC & Steel Structure.
∎ Good hand in Auto CAD, ETABS, Staad, SAP2000 , MS Project, MS Excel
∎ Good knowledge on BNBC, ASCE, AISC and UBC code
∎ Good Communication Skill By Bengali & English.
